Adult Community Experience (ACE) is an integrated transition program designed to provide young adults with mild cognitive impairments, autism and/or other developmental disabilities the necessary support and training to become valuable members of society. The ACE program concentrates on several areas of transition: personal/social skills, independent living, community integration, and career education. Practice and mastery is developed through situational learning experiences in all these areas. The services offered in these transition areas support students as they develop skills for life, social experience and career.
