Phase I - Conduct Focus Groups
Randomly selected parents, students, staff, community members and local school district leaders were asked to participate in focus groups to gather perceptions, values, and aspirations. The results of the focus groups will assist in the development of a comprehensive survey tool.
Phase II - Survey Staff, Students, Parents and Community Members
A comprehensive survey was rolled out in the spring of 2019 and the findings are shared below. The information will be used to drive the district’s long-range plan.

Phase III - Data Drives Strategic Plan
Phase I and II data, growth projections, student achievement data, school improvement plans, and historical information was formally presented before the TBAISD Board of Education and administrative team. A new strategic plan was developed over the summer of 2019.
